Jacqui established a level of trust that was unexpected and I shared with her information and insights that I had not planned to share in an initial discussion. The session was very professionally conducted and she was also able to establish an important level of personal rapport that I really appreciated and helped me expose the challenges in my situation.

I found Jacqui asking me to identify specific action items to implement beyond the session was a very useful way to ensure progress and momentum going forward. Having this clearly laid out plan has helped me to focus my internship work and reassure me that I’m going about my day with intention.
I also appreciated her approach of having me take my assumptions through to their conclusions. This helped me to realise some of the ideas I had about my specific circumstances were purely self-imposed. I now feel as though I have a concrete sense of direction about the near future and this has helped reduce my generalised career stress significantly.

Most useful was the space to explore ideas and the gentle supportive questions Jacqui asked as they did help me clarify the issues. I genuinely felt that Jacqui had an investment in my future and wanted to help me work through a few issues to get on top of weak spots. Jacqui gave summaries of what we had discussed by recorded ‘Whats App’ message at my request. I found them even more useful on second listening, especially my ‘to do’ list.

The coaching session with you was amazing because it made me think and access my inner thoughts. It seems you knew exactly what to ask or how to ask!
Your questions made me "detangle" and clarify some confusion in my head and also, set up clear goals and directions. I am grateful and I really appreciate it!

I felt instantly at ease speaking with Jacqui, who comes across as a thoughtful, wise and reflective coach. It was really useful to be given the space to think about questions which are often overlooked in the day-to-day, and Jacqui was able to re-frame questions to enable me to think about things from a different perspective. Jacqui’s style of questioning, and the paths we explored, were massively useful to me in getting to the core of what I was thinking and why, but Jacqui was also able to draw on our previous discussions to challenge some of my thoughts and worries.
Jacqui enabled met to follow a path that was useful for my current situation but enabled me to think more broadly about how things such as imposter syndrome, an escalation in responsibility and substantial change to my role have impacted me in the past, continue to impact me now and how they may feel in the future.

Jacqui has great active listening skills, keeps the sessions on track, asks clarifying questions and tests assumptions which all helped me to be more self-reflective.
She has helped me to reach new conclusions about where I can be most effective and has helped me establish some very tangible first actions towards the outcome of creating a brand for myself. The notes Jacqui provides post session are incredibly helpful as they validate the conversation and solidify the trajectory and next steps.

My light bulb moment when you fed back to me what you had heard and I realised what my 5 year plan looked like! I’m still excited now! I have loved working with you and never felt so able to be so open and vulnerable. I have felt heard, supported and empowered. You provide that psychological safety that’s been needed to help me dig deep and challenge myself and my thinking. Thank you so much.

I found it easy to build trust and rapport with Jacqui. Her empathetic and supportive nature allowed her to sympathetically challenge some of my deeply held views and beliefs. This approach not only made me feel comfortable but also prompted me to reevaluate my perceptions of myself and my management style.
Jacqui provided invaluable tools and guidance, along with comprehensive notes from our meetings. These resources have been instrumental in helping me gain insights into my management techniques. As a result of our sessions, I have developed a clearer understanding of my strengths and areas for improvement. This has significantly enhanced my ability to find greater satisfaction and fulfilment in my work.
Overall, Jacqui's expertise and thoughtful approach have had a transformative impact on both my professional growth and personal development. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their management skills and achieve a deeper sense of purpose in their career.
