Jacqui Moller Larsen Coaching and Consulting
Helping people and organisations achieve the goals that matter to them.
A warm welcome to my website! Perhaps we know each other already or maybe you are simply exploring the idea of a coach and came across me in a search. However you found me, I am glad you did. My name is Jacqui Moller Larsen, I am British and I offer professional coaching and mentoring from my home office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and as a member of the International Coaching Federation I abide by the ICF code of ethics. I am also an Accredited Public Health Specialist with UKPHR and Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health and hold degrees in Sociology and Social Research and Health and Health Management.
If you are looking for a certified, empathetic and non-judgmental coach with both life and professional work experience in the public and private sector in the UK and globally, then we may be a good match.
As you are here, it probably means you have something on your mind. Perhaps you are…
• preparing for an important job interview or dealing with a difficult situation or decision at work
finding your feet in a new role with more responsibility, people management or tough deliverables
• thinking about a professional change or looking to take your career to another level
• returning to the workplace after a period of absence or maybe considering retiring or downsizing
• grappling with organisational change
• feeling burnt out and want to get yourself back from the brink
• seeking to further develop your leadership style, people management or communication skills
Whatever that something is for you, as my coaching approach is person centred and draws on a range of tools and techniques that I tailor to individual needs, I feel confident I can help you. Purists say that a good coach can guide anyone who actively wants support irrespective of their professional background, role or type of organisation. I strongly believe that. As a coach I also believe that it is you that holds the answers, and my role is to help you to discover them.
That said, some people prefer a coach who understands the culture and context of their particular professional world. Many of my clients work in the public sector, global development, or with non-profit organisations, and some are expatriates living and working in countries other than their own.
Before I became a coach and mentor my career spanned over 20 years working in public health in the UK NHS; in leadership development and change management consultancy in the public and private sector; in global development leadership roles managing multi-cultural teams at a national scale and as a Trustee Board member. Living and working in countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe has given me firsthand international experience that can be helpful to some clients.
If you would like to know more feel free to look at my LinkedIn profile, read what clients say about their experience working with me in the feedback section or explore my coaching services and packages. I offer a free 30 minutes exploratory call without any obligation if you would just like to chat about how we could potentially work together.
